Artificial Intelligence Reinvents Project Management
In our award-winning startup based in Paris (50% of your time must be in Paris), we are looking for our superstar Tribe VP Engineering/ CTO.
Your mission: You are responsible for delivering the product/technology and maintaining the right technical spirit.
Environment: Docker, ES, python/django, vue.js, airflow, transformers, knowledge graph, neo4j
Your role
- Interact with customer, product, marketing and sales to ensure we are promoting the Lili.ai technology correctly and creating the right technical priorities/ roadmap.
- Make the final decision on the technology deployment sequence by consulting the right people at the right time; while creating the basis for scale
- Manage/develop the technical team: performance evaluation, mentoring, recruitment, creating/maintening an excellent development environment.
Must
- You will work at the crossroads between product, technology (you must love to code!), management and leadership.
- Previous experience in developing analytics software for thousands/millions of users.
- You are very good at cost-benefit analysis and have an incredible sense of priorities and customer focus.
- You must have managed teams of at least 15+ tech (startup environment).
- You must know enough about NLP, cloud, big data to question and make the right decisions.
Ideally
- You have previous experiences in 100k€+ contracts (know expectations of enterprise software, interaction with B2B)
