News about Lili.ai: We have just secured a 2.5M€ financing and are in the process of raising 6.4M€, so we are currently recruiting the talents that will be the pillars of the next steps.
Our mission: To transform the management of large projects thanks to artificial intelligence which is the only way to create a holistic understanding of the documentation. The result: better infrastructure, cheaper energy, cheaper housing. In short, big projects are the backbone of modern societies.

We are looking for a super detailed Working Student (full professional fluency in French required) who will support the team and in particular the CEO in her daily tasks.
You will assist in all sorts of tasks including:

- Day-to-day accounting tasks: quickbooks; and contact with OPCO, ursaf, impots, mutuelle, etc.
- Carry out all kinds of assignments with the utmost diligence to detail: sourcing of candidates, finding a new mutuelle, finding new offices, drafting documents, proof-reading and formatting documents, taking notes of meetings and tracking actions, etc.
- Support on the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain a well-organized, secure, and welcoming working environment

- A similar role previousely
- Worked in a start-up environment or similar
- Very efficient with Word, powerpoint, excel
